Feria Urbana is an urban fair made up of 20-25 local artists and designers selling a range of items at accessible prices. *one of the vendors from last year was marie w/ hearttattoo. she makes super duper cute clip-ons for your shoes, shirts and hair! she's even making all these other cute accessories... visit hearttattoo at the mini mart, appointment only. it is located on top of the clothing store, sway, on telegraph ave. between blake dwight and parker in berkeley. marie is also the creator of the sampler. such a creative cat!

I've met her at Sway! She's very nice! She also sells these little cute tote bags from local craftsters.
