how are the prices?
some are low, some are high. it really depends. all these designers are local and independent so they don't have a big coporate monster to back them up financially (or to take all their money)... so support these artists and designers and buy their goods! all of them are limited and usually one-of-a-kind pieces. :) jewelry is always cheaper (except for the handmade and well crafted silver and gold jewelry...). you can also search for their websites of the designers this week (each feria urbana has diff vendors) to see what kind of goods they make and if the prices are compatible with you. if they aren't, you can always check out to see who the next list of designers are... enjoy!
we got some really cute duct tape (no joke) wallets and purses from a DIY designer there. it's fun! feels like you're in a fashion market.
i went to feria urbana for the first time on february 10th. it was fun. i had some cocktails, hung out with friends (there was an awesome dj spinning house and soul) and bought a belt, earrings, and a screen printed tank top.
