Once upon a time there was an evil maharaja who wanted everything -- including the Princess' golden shoes! The shoes possessed a magical power that could attract any suitor to her castle. A matter of life or death, the princess fled to Milpitas, California where she donated her shoes to a local Savers...
and here they are just for you!
Don't they look like little gold boats for carrying your feet? :)

Oh those are cute!
Haha I like your description about the girl who fled to Milpitas; haha!
I think these would be great for some kind of a costume, too.
let's not commodify the shoes. it don't need to be just for a costume or for our ethnic enjoyment.
on another note, gold is pretty.
- randy
are these comfortable?
i didnt wear these just for costume. i think gold is HOT right now and always in if you ask me.
i wore it with jeans and skirts. it's just such a nice little addition
they are pretty comfy but the inside is some kind of leather that doesn't absorb much sweat. no worries, i lysoled it to death!
gotta love lysol!
and febreeze!!
i use febreeze on everything!!
any other photos? i want to see an upclose to see the texture....
i'm tired of ethnic inspired clothing. it's just plain racist.
