2) over a mini skirt for summer
3) over a poofy skirt for evening wear
4) over jeans
5) over cropped pants
6) over a favorite vintage tee shirt
7) over a bathing suit for summer sun
8) tee shirt or top over the halter dress, so that just the skirt that shows!
WOW! At least 8 different uses for one piece of clothing! eek!
I bought this LUX halter top a year ago at URBN; still in great condition for I only wore it a few times.

The pattern on the fabric is really pretty... pink contour lines of flowers on white sheer cloth. There's a thick hip band with buttons on the side. Long enough to be a dress, short enough to be a top. LOVE IT!

Does the halter part of the top scrunch up w/ the string? or is it simply attached the end?

the halter part of the top is held by the string. The string goes through the opening of the top edge, thus it does scrunch up to your liking... :)
sorry! we only have a size medium! i think it fits womyn sizes 6-10 :)
