it's not see through as it is a double layer dress. the bottom seems like it is b/c of the angle of the photo which only shows one layer. hope this helps! :)

empire waists are so in this season. i'm wondering, if any ladies out there would wear a belt with this dress, what color/width would be nice?
oh yeaher! i love it and wish i had checked earlier this week. i would wear this with a skinny belt - either black patent or white/cream canvas. wait, but it looks like it does come with a belt already too that looks nice and fitting.
