CAPSULE takes two of San Francisco's most beloved traditions — the street fair and the indie bazaar — and brings them together at today's all-day extravaganza. Early birds can breakfast with the designers themselves, but the fun begins for the rest of us at 11am, when some 70 artists and designers take over 111 Minna and the alley outside with booths brimming with clothing, accessories, paintings, photographs, and more. Well-known names — Nisa SF, Erin Mahoney, Babyjak — set up shop alongside upstart talents, while Om Records and the gearheads from Robotspeakprovide the soundtrack. After the stalls shut down, cocktail hour commences — the perfect time to show off your sleek new duds. SK-flavorpill
Note: A breakfast reception takes place before the sale from 9-11am, and a cocktail party occurs afterwards from 7-10pm. VIDEO riot will broadcast all day long on 87.7FM, so bring your boombox!

Amazing! I didn't know these kind of events go on! Prices are cheaper at a sample sale than in the store right? I'never heard many of these names, they must be all starting out designers right? I should support them. I think i'll check it out in a bit. yay!
hey readers, i just came back from the sale. i bought a whole lotta stuff, great prices, cute original items. if you like one-of-a kind stuff, this is where to go!!! and quick, cause it's only been 2 hours and they are running out of stuff because everyone is buying!
it's insanely crowded! beats jamming on all corners. go out there and party! i think it will be around for another 2 hours or so!
